I am a Spurs fan living in Munich and have watched Eric Dier twice at the Alliance Arena. He organises the back four and my Bayern fan friends are over-the-moon with him.
The pace of the Bundesliga is not so fast as the premier league and it suits Eric Dier perfectly. Fair play to him.
